Long Term Care Ombudsman Services/SLOCO

We provide residents of care facilities with access to advocacy services, complaint investigation and resolution, facility monitoring visits, and witnessing advanced health care directives. Our volunteers are a critical component of the Ombudsman program. Without their commitment and tireless efforts we would be unable to meet the ever increasing demand for our services.
